Terms & Conditions

Applicants for the CDG VIP Card must be over 18 years of age. Cafe Deco Group reserves the right to request for proof of age and address before processing applications.
Subject to availability, CDG VIP cardholders shall enjoy priority seating and booking at all restaurants of Cafe Deco Group.
Cafe Deco Group has the right to charge members for the membership fee after the first 12 months membership for continuation of membership upon prior written notification to the CDG VIP card holders. Failure to pay membership fee on due dates will result in automatic termination of membership.
The CDG VIP card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
The CDG VIP programme’s privileges do not apply to functions or events bookings at the Cafe Deco Group restaurants.
In the event that a VIP card is lost, a replacement fee of HK$100 shall apply
The CDG VIP card is not a credit card and no credit facilities will be offered to the CDG VIP cardholder.
The promotions and privileges offered by the Cafe Deco Group are to be used at the Cafe Deco Group’s participating outlets, or at those of the Cafe Deco Group programme’s Partners where applicable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Cafe Deco Group has the right to decline applications, re-issue or terminate a CDG VIP card account at any time with or without cause.
Cafe Deco Group reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions of operation of the CDG VIP program, or to terminate it at any time without prior notice
The CDG VIP card is issued by and remains the property of Cafe Deco Group during the life of the CDG VIP card membership.
The CDG VIP card is personal to the card holder and is not transferable.
A CDG VIP cardholder earns one CDG Dining Credit for every 10 Hong Kong dollars or Macanese Pataca spent within participating Cafe Deco Group restaurants.
Points can be redeemed based on your CDG Dining Credit balance and the redemption or conversion promotions available from time to time as per the VIP section of the Cafe Deco Group website.
Points earned are for the cardholder’s benefit only and shall not be transferred to a third party, unless prior written consent has been received from Cafe Deco Group. The CDG VIP card account holder cannot combine points with any other account and the points cannot be transferred between accounts.
Cafe Deco Group is not responsible for unauthorized use of your reward points.
Cafe Deco Group is the final authority as to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and as to any other questions or disputes regarding the Program or any Reward.
If Cafe Deco Group allows an exception to the redemption rules for any reason, this does not constitute having waived any of our future rights to administer the program.
The awarding of Cafe Deco Group’s VIP cards and the redemption or conversion thereof are void where prohibited by law.
It is not allowed to accumulate points by purchasing them in order to redeem a reward.
CDG VIP program benefits are offered at Cafe Deco Group’s sole discretion.
If Cafe Deco Group cannot confirm that points were properly issued or obtained we may refuse to record or honor them.
It is your responsibility to check the VIP section of the Cafe Deco Group website site regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified, or promotion and redemption offers have changed.
If no reward points are recorded in your account for 24 months we may terminate your account. Upon termination of your account, all of your CDG VIP cards shall be cancelled and forfeited.
CDG Dining Credit will begin expiring from the 13th month following the first point gained, unless you redeem them. The basis for calculating the number of CDG Dining Credit due to expire each month is the amount of CDG Dining Credit earned during that same month a year prior. You can view all point activity, including but not limited to account balance, CDG Dining Credit due to expire every given month, etc. in your Account page, once you have logged on the VIP section of our website.
At any time you commit fraud, misrepresent any information, violate any of these Terms and Conditions, abuse your Program privileges or, in any other way, act to the detriment of us or any affiliates or Suppliers of the Program, we may, without affecting our other rights, terminate your enrolment and/or cancel your Points.
The participating outlets in Hong Kong are the following: Berliner (Soho East, Olympian City, Discovery Bay and Wanchai), Bourbon, Burger Box, Cafe Deco, Café Iguana, Café de Paris (Soho and Stanley), Cafe Deco Hong Kong International Airport, Dim Sum Bar (Harbour City and Nina Tower), Eivissa, La Bodega, The Keg, Kaiser’s Deli, Marlin, Nomads, Tonic, Peccato, Pickled Pelican, Peak Bar Cafe, Pier 7 Café & Bar, Pho Yummee, PuLP, Sakesan, Stormies LKF, Stormies Elements, Top Deck, Top Dog, Typhoon, Watermark and all Wildfire outlets (Stanley, Mid-levels, Causeway Bay, Mid-levels, Elements, Tsim Sha Tsui, Soho East, Olympian City). The participating outlets outside Hong Kong are: Cafe Deco Macao in Macao and Cafe Sydney in Sydney.
